Each bedroom type keeps its own drawing, settings, and alternatives. New types start with only the current core; saved types retain their edits. Save project includes every type.

Unit position

Interior shapes stay south of the core within its width. Corner units may wrap onto one adjacent side. Corner layouts are available for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. Red guides mark the bottom and both sides of the core. Blue guides mark the bottom and your selected side.

Perimeter modules use the original four-cell Tetris size: 100 SF per piece. A room can combine connected pieces; the shared core counts toward the total target.
